Thank you, Dr. Dyer

A month before Dr. Wayne Dyer had passed, he was in a dream I had one evening.  In the dream we were having a conversation, and from what I can recall, it was as if he was giving me advice, about my work. He was speaking and also sharing advice, about not giving up, at any time, no matter how difficult it can be at times.    I also recall the conversation, was very pleasant. One that two colleagues would be speaking of their experiences of their work over the years. The final feeling was that I could speak to him at any time, if I needed advice.

And I woke up that morning, saying why would he visit me in a dream? I mean how that could have even happened in the first place.  Some friends said it was as if your souls knew each other, and you were speaking Soul to Soul.  I thought but surely why his soul would want to speak to my soul?

Sunday, August 30th, was a calm day. My husband and I drove up to Kittery, Maine, to the Rockport Shoe outlet store.  They had a fantastic sale and he was able to get a great pair of shoes, at a fantastic bargain.  We stopped at a few more stores, along the road, and then decided to take the back roads home.  The sun began to set, and I noticed the interesting way, the sun rays were shining their light through the clouds.   I wanted to take some pictures, but we were going too fast, to get a good picture.   So I gave up and eventually we traveled back to the highway. I noticed the sky again, and how the light was shining through.  I took some pictures and thought they were pretty cool. One looked like a guy wearing a hat and being a bit silly, I thought to myself. “Oh maybe it’s God, wearing a hat today.”

Within 20 minutes, we arrived to our home.  I was on a call with some friends, and as we were speaking, I was checking out Facebook.  I saw a post, on my feed page, which said Dr Wayne Dyer had passed on Saturday Night.  I saw this and thought is this really true? The others on my call were able to confirm that he had passed. We were all very much in shock over this news.   We were all relaying stories of Dr Dyer for a few minutes, then we said our goodbyes, a few minutes later.  I had a feeling I needed to go back to the pictures, I had taken earlier, on my iPhone.    So I went back and checked out the pictures, I had taken earlier.  As I was looking at the pictures, I saw the man with a hat in the picture was Dr. Wayne Dyer!! Or maybe a likeness of to him, because of the hat and the way the eyes were and the shape of the head.  Then I received the message, in a very subtle way.

“I am always here, and I doing well”

“I am free.”

“I am free to help those I may not had been able to

with before.”

“I can work with many now at the any time.”

And then days later, I saw others were getting the same messages

“I am here and I will help you when you ask, you just have to ask for help or guidance.”

Here is the picture that I took hours, before I realized, Dr. Dyer had passed.

wayne Dyer 8.30.15

If you look almost mid line of where the trees and sky come together, with the light showing, you can the likeness of Dr. Wayne Dyer.  As the week progressed, I was able to see other spirits in the picture, and some symbols, a heart and a star, and also two angels above his hat in mid picture. I feel this was a true gift from Dr. Wayne Dyer, for me to share with the world. He is still among us, and he really wants to help us too.  As others have pointed out, “He is off on his next adventure.”  I believe that to be so true.

I have been trying to recall when I first heard about Dr Wayne Dyer.  I think it was late 80’s, early 90’s.  I had his paperback book Your Erroneous Zones, and read it in the early 90’s.  I liked the book, but I am not sure I really understood what he had written about.

In the fall of 2002, I had just finished watching his lecture on PBS, and started to reread his first book Your Erroneous Zones.  I decided I wanted to purchase a few other of his books over the year and also purchased, his CD, 101 Ways to transform your life.   I listened to this cassette tape on morning, noon and night, as I was cleaning and cooking or folding the laundry at times. The cassette had 101 quotes of what spirituality is for us. This cd helped me to understand the difference between spirituality and religion.  To be honest, it took me quite a while to truly understand the words, he was sharing with us.  It was so calming for me and helped me to understand who God is and how he can assist us and also how much he truly loves us too. I was learning about how we are spiritual and physical beings at the same time. It was the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

In 2004, I had the opportunity to go to Boston, to the Empire Theatre on Tremont Street, to see Wayne Dyer, perform his lecture for a PBS show, The Power of Intention, which was to be published by Hay House, the spring of 2005.  I was in line, waiting to go, in to the theatre, Dr Dyer, was passing us and saying hello to us, as he was walking down the sidewalk.

From 2005 till spring the of 2007, I continued reading his books, and continued to purchase his CDs and listen to his lectures of PBS.  That winter of 2007, I found out he was going to be in Boston, for a weekend Seminar, in April of that year.   I bought a ticket for the weekend seminar.  The name of the weekend was The Morning and the Afternoon of your life.  He spoke of how the morning of your life is in your 20’s and 30’s, possibly going into your 40’s and The Afternoon of your life from your mid 40’s to your 60’s and beyond. It was a wonderful weekend. I had this idea that I wanted to write Dr Dyer a letter, to thank him for the weekend of possibilities, presented to us.  I was able to get his address and I sent him a letter to his place in Maui.  A few months later, a package came in the mail for me, from Dr Dyer.   He sent me a card with a short note and two cds, some note cards and few other goodies…. I was quite thrilled to say the least, that he took the time to send this package and to receive a personal note from him too.

His message on the front of the card with a large oak tree on the front part of the card

“There is an ancient simple truth that the mighty oak was once a little nu that held its ground.

We’re all a mighty oak in the making and it’s all right to be a little nutty as long as we hold our ground.”  Dr. Wayne Dyer.

I thought was a perfect description for what I was going through at the time. Searching for answers but also in line with my life’s work as a preschool teacher at the time.  The acorns and tree reminded me of the song, “I am a little acorn nut” I use to teach my preschoolers every fall.

On the inside of the card, he wrote,

Peg-

I so enjoyed your deeply honest letter- Stay connected to Your Source- You are Divinity Itself.

Love

Wayne Dyer.

I was a giddy school girl for weeks and thrilled he had responded back to me.

And so the years continued and I continued to work as a teacher and case manager. I also started my work with angels and enrolled in my coach certification class and then perusing my writing and mentoring and teaching. I read his book Wishes Fulfilled and would listen to his show on Hay House Radio occasionally.

In the fall of 2014, I was listening to his show, and I had the opportunity to speak to him for a few minutes.  It was a wonderful conversation, about children, as he was writing his last book, and a few other things and then he says

“Well I could talk to you all day, but I better go.”  I said, Thank you for the conversation and have a nice day. After the conversation, I was thinking, it would be wonderful to speak some more, sometime.

And I guess I can speak to him anytime I am able or need to.

You can speak to him too, because he really wants to help all that he can.

Two weeks after I had spoken to Dr Dyer on his show, he sent me his newest book, written by his Daughter Serena and Dr. Dyer together.

Don’t Die With Your Music still in You.

I so resonate with that title, because I feel this is what we are all called to do in our own way.  No matter what your skills are or abilities are, we need to be empowered to be in a place of doing this for ourselves and for others.  Because as Dr. Dyer says “The only true emotion is Love.”  The rest comes from ego. And you all know what you do with the committee in the head, i.e. ego. You fire that committee.

Don’t forget to look at the sky, you never know who may be stopping by.

It could be an angel, or a symbol that may have some meaning for you, on this day

When looking for a sign or some validation, sometimes you can receive this by looking up at the sky…Peg Jones 2015

8 Ways of How to make the Holiday Season Stress-free

8 Ways of How to make the Holiday Season Stress free

By Peg Jones

It’s the week before Thanksgiving and we are in a panic because, we have to cook three apple pies and 3 vegetable dishes, cook two turkeys, get 20lbs of mashed potatoes ready for dinner at 3 pm, with 20 people coming to the house, and five will be staying with for three days.  And to add to all of this, to the every burning fire, you have to work till 4 on the day before Thanksgiving.

That was last week’s problem……..

The Thanksgiving Holiday is finished.

And as you looked at your calendar, the Monday morning after the just passed holiday weekend, you see that you have less than 4 weeks to plan and decide what the Christmas or Hanukkah  or other traditions, of the season,  plans and events will be the next 3- 4 weeks for this  very busy season.

You see the craziness of all that is supposedly expected on social and traditional levels.  The expectations of your children, young and old, friends and relatives, and finding the time to do the shopping, the baking and the going to the concerts, and all the activities that the children are involved in, at school, and church, or temple, and the adult parties that can be a bit cumbersome, and expensive.

It can get quite crazy, wild.  But does it really have to be this way..  ?

Sometimes making the season simple can be the easiest way for coping with the incredible amount of marketing, and all of its expectations.  Making it simple, fun, and creative is what I am feeling.  I need to suggest for having the holiday to be something you and all in your life to enjoy the holiday season.

Tradition is a big part of the holiday season, and passing down the traditions of food, social occasions and of adults and children can be hard to keep up.

Of course this is not the way for all of us but those with children, married or single,  and wanting to uphold the traditions you choose to share with them, can be rather crazy. Or if you have to cook for  a party or lots of people during the day of the holiday, having company during this time,  can be a challenging task too.

I asked Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael, for some ideas on some main points to consider for this holiday season, to possibly make the season go a bit smoother with less stress…..Of course we have the weather to consider too, because inclement weather, can certainly change the plans for our holiday season.

The following are some points to ponder.

  • Make lists, of all you need to do. Take out your calendar, put in the kids social events and your events too, with or without your partner, and with friends..  The office parties, the neighborhood gatherings.  Then plan out shopping lists, for food and home decorations, in and outdoor..  And delegate, delegate.
  • Delegate tasks for home, tasks and include everyone that can help… Taking out the decorations and decorating can be a family activity over a weekend, and the same with cooking…  Preparing for the holiday food, can be delegated too,  to older children, who can cook or bake, or send them to the store for things you may need for the holiday… Also making homemade decorations for whatever holiday is being celebrated in the home is a good way to include all in helping the holiday be fun..
  • Planning a budget so that expenses don’t go to out of control is very important. Sticking to the plan is always a challenge, especially for those that have a kind heart, and want to make everyone happy….
  • Making your own holiday cards for those special in your life, can be done for those with older children. Making ornaments are also a fun thing to explore and research…  They look great on the tree or in a window, and make great gifts too.
  • Ten people are coming to your house on the day of the holiday, and you work or just very busy.. You can ask each person to bring a dish, or dessert for the meal and you cook the turkey, and a dessert or two,   Asking others to help is a good way to keep the amount of work down, and can help to keep all calm..  Also make some of the food ahead of time, such as dessert, and some vegetables or casseroles.  And ask for help too.
  • As for the gifts to be purchased, many buy all through the year, or buy gifts as they travel too.. OR you can make some gifts and start early to begin the projects, or to give to a charity of your choice.  There online shopping too and this can take time away from the shopping centers.  Make it simple, make it fun..
  • I remember days of watching relatives, and myself included of wrapping the day before Christmas, mountains of gifts, sitting in the bedroom away from the family activities all day.. Try wrapping as your purchase the items, or use bags, as this saves time for the laborious task of wrapping the gifts.  As others to help too..
  • How about the card list in sending cards to friend and relatives, and business associates… Can the list be cut down a bit this year? Do you have to really send cards to those you will be seeing on the holiday or in town?

The holidays are a time of community, and so many of us have this opportunity of being with those we love and cherish.  There are many that do not have this and the angels ask us to remember this, and to be kind to those who are with family or who are celebrating alone, for so many reasons, that I don’t need to write about.

I think keeping these people in mind. In giving them a call, or sending a card, saying hello, helping out at a charity or soup kitchen, or just lighting a candle and asking our higher power, to be with them, and to keep them safe for this time, if they do happen to be completely alone..

If appropriate you could ask them to a meal on the day of the holiday or before or after the holiday, just to let them know you are thinking of them.

We also have to respect that some choose to be alone too, and that is ok too.

I believe I have pretty much covered the main things to consider during the holiday coming up.

As light workers, this can be a season of great challenge for the people we work with and on a personal basis..  We need to be sure that we are grounded and protected safely so that we can do the work we share with others, and for ourselves and family, so that we too are able to enjoy the holiday time, if celebrated.  Or it’s just a time personal spiritual celebration, of our source..  Having our own traditions and celebrations are to be celebrated too and respecting all ways of others celebrating this season too…

2014 is leaving us  and 2015 is quickly coming towards us….

I just want to say that the next month is a time of joy and peace for all and to know, that whatever difficulties maybe come about this time,   your angels are with you always  Especially, when you ask them for assistance… Asking them for help and trusting they are there for you, will help you to see how much the angels do want to help you today and always..

Having positive intent in all that you do,

Will keep you, from feeling a always so blue.

Helping your fellow man, in some special way,

Will help them carry on, throughout their day.

Going the extra mile and helping with a smile,

Will help you to share, and show you care.

If life gets tough and it’s hard to cope,

Know the angels are with you

we will guide you on your slippery slope.

When asking your angels for guidance, and telling them your woes,

Know we are listening and offering you a rose.

The rose signifies love and the strength that you possess,

Listen closely to our whispers and know you are very blessed.”

What does hope mean for you?

What does hope mean for you?

B y Peg Jones

HOPE of the past

HOPE for now

HOPE for my future

Where is your hope focused on, at this very minute?

If it was hope from the past, does it still ring true for you?  Or can you move from it, because it’s no longer, your true focus.  Yet, maybe you still hang on to this hope from the past, because you have a hard time letting go and still hoping it can happen.  What is this past hope serving you?  What if you let go this past hope, because it really isn’t relevant, any loner in your life?

Or is your hope, for the future?  I hope to make this much money, 10 years in the future, I want to have this job, when I have this much experience.  I hope they can change soon, I hope that when they leave they will contact me.  I hope to be a millionaire in 10 years.  I hope he will call me when he gets backs from his trip.  I can only hope.  I hope she is happy, I hope she will survive her sadness or her illness.

What about hope focused now this very minute?  What is your focus now?  What needs to be done now, so that this hope, you have, now, to come to fruition?  What steps to you need this hope, to being an actuality, and no longer a hope?  Do you need help, from others?  Who are they and how can they help you.

A definition of hope is desire, expectation, looking forward, person, or thing that gives us cause for hope.

I think that when we have hope in our life, as far as expectation, what can I do help this hope, in being a reality.

What can we do to see this happen?  What is our responsibility for this, if any?

Or do we just sit back and pray all will be well.  Yes and no.  There are something’s that we cannot control, such as terminal, or a natural disaster, changed circumstances, and someone using their free will

There is hope through prayer, interactions with others, dreams we may have for ourselves, our career, for those we love.  Knowing that we can hope for all that is happening now is just as good as hoping for our future.  Our present does become our future.

“Hope is eternal.”

Hope can help us to move on in our lives, to go beyond our wildest dreams, in so many ways and keep us from becoming stagnant.  Sometimes, we need to think outside the box.  To help this hope become a reality.  It’s known what we need to focus on, how we can help with hope to come to fruition.  We can only do so much as there are so many factors.  But in doing our part, we do have help from friends and loved ones.  We have our belief systems in how our higher power, Source, and our inner knowing.  When we have hope in our lives, dreams to aspire to, that hope  is what can get us through to attaining our dreams.  When we do our part, the universe will make sure all works out for our highest good, for ourselves, and all in our life too.

Hope helps to remind us of our human and spiritual ties to the universe, and how we can co create together, our dream and wishes for our lives our planet call earth.

“We can hope alone, as we live our life, or we can ask the universe, or those who matter, to help us see our hope, for what is truly possible, in our life.” pj2014
